Our family arrived in America from Scotland in 1697 (or possibly 1730). Three brothers, Adam, Alexander and George, represented the "Gordons of Kenmure" or "Kenmore". These brothers fought in the American Revolution and left thousands of descendants across the United States from Pennsylvania to Illinois to Missouri to California.
